血管介入手术中动脉鞘直径及术后压迫时间对穿刺点血肿发生率的影响
[摘要] Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between arterial sheath diameter and compression time and the incidence of postoperative hematoma in patients with femoral artery puncture for endovascular intervention therapy. Methods Totally 160 cases of femoral artery puncture intervention patients were randomly divided into A, B, C, D groups, with 40 cases in each group. Patients in group A were treated with 5F puncture needle and postoperative compression for 2 h, patients in the group B were treated with 5F puncture needle and postoperative compression for 6 h, patients in the group C were treated with 6F puncture needle and postoperative compression for 2 h, and patients in the group D were treated with 6F puncture needle and postoperative compression for 6h.Results The incidence of puncture site hematoma occurred in group A and group B after surgery was significantly lower than that in group C and group D(P<0.05). There was no significant in incidence of hematoma between group A and group B, and between group C and group D(P>0.05). There was no significant difference in clinical data of four groups of patients with postoperative complications(P>0.05).Conclusion To reduce the direct diameter of the arterial sheath may effectively reduce the incidence of hematoma puncture points, but after the compression of 2h does not increase the incidence of hematoma puncture points.
