2型糖尿病患者自我护理能力、合并症与生存质量的相关性研究

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the correlation between self-care, complications and quality of life(QOL)in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM). Methods  A total of 120 patients with T2DM were selected and given questionnaires by self-made exercise of self-care agency scale(ESCA)and diabetes specificity quality of life scale(DSQL). Results   The total self-care capacity score of 118 effective patients was(108.36±21.94)points, and those with low-, moderate- and high-level of ESCA accounted for 2.54%, 64.41% and 33.05%, respectively. Total DSQL score of patients was(69.95±9.74)points, and was mainly influenced by the physiological and psychological dimensions. Pearson correlation analysis indicated that patients’ self-care capacity was positively associated with their QOL. Patients with complications had higher ratio of QOL projects than those without complications(P<0.05). Conclusion   In nursing interventions for patients with T2DM, more attention should be paid on promoting patients’ self-care capacity and enhancing their cognition on complications, so as to reduce the occurrence of complications to promote their QOL.
