两种穿刺工具在PICC置管中应用的效果观察

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To compare the application of two different puncture trocar in peripherally inserted central catheterization(PICC). Methods 〓Totally 134 patients with poor vascular status were randomly divided into observation group and the control group, with 67cases in each group. In the observation group, the 20 G Y-type trocar was used during PICC catheterization, and the PIC flow was modified. In the control group, PICC catheterization was performed with conventional 20 G straight trocar. The one-time success rates of puncture, incidence of phlebitis and subcutaneous hemorrhage were compared between two groups. Results 〓The one-time success rates of puncture was higher in the observation group than that of controls(P<0.05). The incidence of phlebitis and subcutaneous hemorrhage were lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓 20 G Y-type trocar catheterization was superior to the 20 G straight-type trocar in PICC for patients with poor vascular status, which could improve the success rate of catheterization, reduce the complications.
