指法扩肛联合穴位贴敷在颅脑损伤后便秘患者中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of fingertip anal dilatation combined with acupoint application in treatment of constipation in patients with craniocerebral injury. Methods  Totally 46 patients with constipation after craniocerebral surgery were selected as the conventional group between January, 2015 and January 2016. Another 46 patients were enrolled as the intervention group between February, 2016 and February, 2017. Both two groups received routine care during operation period, and the fingertip anal dilatation combined with acupoint application were carried out in the intervention group. The treatment efficacy was evaluated according to the clinical symptom score, and the improvement in constipation symptom and quality of life were observed before and after intervention. Results  The overall effective rate in the intervention group was higher than that of conventional group(P<0.05). Patients in the intervention group achieved a better improve in clinical symptom assessment such as abdominal pain and abdominal distension compared with those in the conventional group(P<0.05). Patients in the intervention group achieved a higher score of SF-36 scale compared with those in the conventional group 2 weeks after intervention(P<0.05). Conclusion  Fingertip anal dilatation combined with acupoint application shows efficacy in treatment of constipation in patients with craniocerebral injury.
