慢性乙型肝炎患者健康教育需求调查和自我管理

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To understand the demands for health education in patients with chronic hepatitis B and to investigate the influence of targeted health education plan on self-management ability of patients. Methods   A questionnaire-based survey was conducted to 210 patients with chronic hepatitis B. The targeted health education plan based on investigational outcomes was carried out. The self-care ability on disease management was evaluated before and after implementation of health education plan. Results  Patients with chronic hepatitis B had higher demands for knowledge of dietary and treatment, and needed a health education lecture(1 h per time, 1 time per week)provided by specialist or professor. The awareness of patients on health management were improved after implementation of targeted health education(P<0.05). Conclusion  It is required to carry out health education based on characteristic and demands of patients, so as to improve their self-care ability and build a health behavior.
