有创动脉血压监测在ICU危重症患者中的应用及护理
[摘要] Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of invasive arterial blood pressure monitoring for ICU critically ill patients, and to summarize related nursing measures. Methods A total of 116 critically ill were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the order of admission, with 58 cases in each group. The arterial blood pressure was monitored by radial artery path in the control group and by dorsalis pedis artery path in the observation group. Both two groups received nursing interventions during arterial blood pressure monitoring. The success rate of puncture, catheter-related complication and indwelling time of arterial cannula were compared between two groups. Results Patients in the observation group had higher success rate of puncture, lower incidence of catheter-related complication and longer indwelling time of arterial cannula compared with those in the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion The monitoring of invasive arterial blood pressure by dorsalis pedis artery path is superior to that by radial artery puncture. It is also required to carry out high quality nursing interventions to reduce the incidence of complication and prolong the indwelling time of arterial cannula.
