老年综合评估在老年心力衰竭住院患者中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive geriatric assessment(CGA)in elderly hospitalized patients with heart failure. Methods 〓A total of 537 elderly patients with heart failure were assigned to the control group(n=262)and the intervention group(n=275). Both two groups received routine nursing care and the nursing intervention based on CGA was carried out in the intervention group. The incidence of falling down and pressure sores, as well satisfaction degree to nursing service, was compared between two groups. Results 〓Patients in the intervention group had lower incidence of falling off and pressure sores and higher satisfaction rate compared with those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓Nursing intervention based on CGA may reduced the risk of falling down and pressure sores in elderly hospitalized patients with heart failure.
