髋关节置换术中快速康复外科护理干预的应用价值

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To evaluate the nursing intervention based on fast track surgery(FTS)theory for patients undergoing total hip replacement. Methods Totally 74 patients undergoing total hip replacement were assigned to the intervention group and the control group, with 37 cases in each group. Both two groups received routine care before and after treatment, and FTS nursing intervention was carried out in the intervention group. The operation conditions, incidence of deep venous thrombosis(DVT)in lower limbs, time to off-bed activity, length of hospital stay and hospitalization cost were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The intraoperative blood loss and intraoperative blood transfusion in intervention group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in transfusion volume and length of operation between two groups(P>0.05). Patients in the had a lower incidence of DVT in lower limbs, earlier time to off-bed activity, shorter length of hospital stay and lower hospitalization cost compared with those of patients in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Application of FTS nursing intervention may reduce the risk of DVT and to promote the recovery of patients after total hip replacement.
