艾盐包热敷联合耳穴压豆疗法在腹泻型肠易激综合征患者中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of hot compress with Chinese herb and coarse salt combined with auricular acupoint pressing therapy on diarrhea predominant irritable bowel syndrome(IBS). Methods  Totally 60 patients with diarrhea predominant IBS were enrolled and randomly divided into the control group(n=30)and the treatment group(n=30). Both two groups received routine treatment and nursing care. Patients in the treatment group received the hot compress with Chinese herb and coarse salt combined with auricular acupoint pressing therapy additionally. Results  The overall effectively rate was 93.3%(28/30)in the treatment group and was 76.7%(23/30)in the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion  Application of hot compress with Chinese herb and coarse salt and auricular acupoint pressing is potentially effective to relieve the clinical symptom of patients with diarrhea predominant IBS.
