肺癌患者PICC置管时顽固性颈内异位调整方法探讨

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the potential reasons of intractable dislocated PICC catheters in internal jugular vein and to provide related nursing measures.Methods To retrospectively collect the clinical date of 38 lung cancer patients with intractable dislocated PICC catheters in internal jugular vein, and to summarize the nursing countermeasures.Results Three different methods were applied to adjust location of PICC catheters. Of 38 patients, 36 patients with successful relocation of catheter to superior vena cava, 2 patients with PICC catheters remained in subclavian vein.Conclusion The insertion and location of PICC catheter for lung cancer patients should be according to patient’s specific condition, in order to prevent catheter misplacement in internal jugular vein.
