1例IVF-ET术后卵巢过度刺激综合征患者的中医护理

[摘要] Abstract：The ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome(OHSS)is one of the major complications of in vitro fertilization as the assist reproductive technique. This paper summarized the nursing management based on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)for 1 case of OHSS caused by in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer(IVF-ET). The TCM nursing interventions included medication nursing, diet nursing, TCM nursing techniques, psychological care, and daily life care. The application of TCM nursing can ensure the therapeutic effect and improve the rehabilitation of the patient.
