分层规范化培训在产科新护士培养中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To evaluate the multi-level standardized training for newly recruited nurses in obstetrics department. Methods 〓Totally 34 newly recruited nurses in obstetrics department were stratified according to the education level, and coordinate standardized training focusing on pre-job learning, comprehensive clinical skills, nursing soft skills and paper writing carried out. Results After completing the standardized training, all newly recruited nursespassed the national nurse practice qualification testand job position evaluation. Conclusion 〓Multi-level standardized training is an effective way of pre-job training for newly recruited nurses in obstetrics department.
