联合清创技术在下肢静脉溃疡患者中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To observe the efficacy of combined debridement method for lower extremity venous ulceration. Methods 〓Totally 68 patients with lower extremity venous ulceration were assigned to the control group and the observation group, with 34 cases in each group. The simple autolytic debridement was adopted in the control group, and the autolytic debridement combined with conservative debridement was carried out in the observation group. The efficacy of intervention in healing of lower extremity venous ulceration was evaluated and compared between two groups. Results 〓Patients in the observation group had shorter length of debridement stage compared with those in the control group(P<0.05). The overall effective rate of wound healing was 97.06% in the observation group, which was higher than 76.47% of the controls(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓Application of combined debridement method may shorten the during of wound healing in patients with lower extremity venous ulceration. It is also required to standardize the measures of wound nursing.
