脑血管疾病介入术前会阴部剃毛的必要性分析

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To explore the necessity of perineal shaving before femoral artery cerebral angiography and embolization treatment, and to explore the influence of different preoperative hair removal methods on incidence of puncture point infection. Methods 〓Totally 601 patients undergoing cerebral angiography and interventional embolization were assigned to the control group(n=304)and observation group(n=297). The control group underwent routine preoperative preparation and perineal skin shaving; however the preoperative perineal shaving was not performed in the observation group. The infection rate of puncture point after operation was compared between two groups. Results 〓There was no significant difference in the infection rate of puncture points between the 2 groups(P>0.05). Conclusion 〓Preoperative skin preparation without perineal shaving may not increase the infection rate of puncture points before and after cerebral angiography and interventional embolization therapy in patients with cerebrovascular diseases.
