硼替佐米皮下注射治疗多发性骨髓瘤给药流程设计和护理分析

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the administration process design and nursing management for multiple myeloma patients receiving subcutaneous injection of bortezomib.Methods The adverse reaction induced by subcutaneous injection of bortezomib for multiple myeloma were classified by using National Cancer Institute(NCI)common terminology criteria for adverse events, and the individualized nursing interventions were carried out.Results Of 150 patients included, 27 cases with gastrointestinal reaction, including 12 cases of nausea, 4 cases of vomiting, 4 cases of diarrhea and 7 cases of constipation, 15 cases with erythema of local skin, 11 cases with leucopenia, 9 cases with peripheral neuropathy, 5 cases with herpes zoster, 38 patients with different degree of fatigue. The evidence-based nursing countermeasures were carried out according to the analysis on different adverse reactions.Conclusion It is required to enhance the observation on adverse reaction and individualized nursing, in order to improve the nursing process and patients ‘quality of life of.
