膝关节多发韧带损伤关节镜下修复与重建术后的康复护理

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effects of rehabilitation nursing management after arthroscopic repair and reconstruction for multiple ligament injured knees(MLIK). Methods 〓Totally 60 MLIKpatients were received arthroscopic repair and reconstruction and postoperative rehabilitation nursing management. All patients were followed up for 12 months. The primary outcomes includedLysholm knee score, the international knee documentation committee knee evaluation form(IKDC), pain degree by visual analogue scale(VAS), range of motion(ROM), pivot shift testand quality of life by usingGeneric Quality of Life Inventory-74(GQOLI-74). Results There was no patient with sever complication after surgery. All patients received sound improvement in assessment of Lysholm knee score, IKDC and ROM(P<0.01), and a decreased VAS score of pain assessment(P<0.01). Thepivot shift test outcome was negative in all patients after treatment. All patients achieved a higher score of physical health, psychological health, material life and social function in assessment of GQOLI-74 after follow-up(P<0.01). Conclusion 〓For patients undergoing arthroscopic repair and reconstruction for multiple ligament injured knees, the rehabilitation nursing management is highly required to ensure the surgical effect and improve the rehabilitation of knee function and quality of life.
