iPad视频动画宣教在心血管护理中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To evaluate the health education by video-based animation on the iPad in cardiovascular nursing.Methods A total of 80 inpatients from department of cardiovascular medicine were assigned to the study group and the control group according to the admission sequence, with 40 cases in each group. Both two groups received routine nursing care during treatment, and the health education by video-based animation on the iPad was performed in the control group. The satisfaction degree of patients to nursing service was compared between two groups, and the nursing quality of nurses was evaluated before and after intervention.Results the nursing satisfaction rate was 90.0%(18/20)in the study group and was 70.0%(14/20)in the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05). The excellent rate of theoretical test, practice test and incidence of nursing error was 81.0%, 80.0% and 7.0% before implementation, and was 93.0%,96.0% and 1.0% after implementation, with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of health education by video-based animation on the iPad shows efficacy in improving nursing quality of and patients’ satisfaction, leading to more efficient progress in the nursing work.
