微信公众平台在产后延续性护理中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of WeChat public platform in postpartum continuing nursing care.Methods A total of 200 puerperants were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 100 cases in each group. Both two groups received the routine continuing nursing care after delivery, and the interventions based on WeChat public platform were carried out in the observation group. The depressive state of puerperants was evaluated, and the knowledge level and postpartum complication were compared between two groups.Results The score of Edinburgh postnatal depression scale was lower in the observation group than that in the control group after delivery(P<0.05). The proportion of puerperants with qualified knowledge of newborn health were higher, and the incidence of postpartum complication was lower in the observation group than those in the control group, with significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion Application of WeChat public platform in postpartum continuing nursing care can relieve the depression state and improve the knowledge level of newborn health in postpartum women.
