中药熏洗联合利福平加入炉甘石洗剂治疗新生儿脓疱疹的临床效果观察

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To observe the effect of Chinese herbs fuming-washing combined calamine lotions with rifampicin in treatment of neonatal pustulosis.Methods A total of 90 cases of neonatal pustulosis were randomly divided into the group A,B and C, with 30 cases in each group. The group A was given Bactroban ointment, the group B was given fuming-washing with honeysuckle powder and the group C was given calamine lotions with rifampicin after using fuming-washing with honeysuckle powder. The clinical effect at 3 days after treatment and satisfaction of parents to nursing service were compared. The neonatal complications and adverse reactions were recorded.Results The overall clinical effect was higher in the group C than that of group A and group B, with a significant different(P<0.01). Parents of neonates in group A had higher satisfaction rate compared with those of neonates in the group B and group C, with a significant(P<0.01). There was no significant difference in incidence of neonatal complications and adverse reactions among three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Chinese herbs fuming-washing combined calamine lotions with rifampicin is effective in treatment of neonatal pustulosis.
