肺癌术后化疗患者癌因性疲乏及其影响因素调查

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the condition of cancer-related fatigue(CRF)in lung cancer patients receiving postoperative chemotherapy, and to explore factors related to CRF.Methods By convenient sampling, 184 lung cancer patients receiving postoperative chemotherapy from 2 hospitals in Guangzhou were recruited. The Piper fatigue scale, self-rating depression scale(SDS), the self-designed scale of general conditions were used to collect data.Results All of the patients experienced fatigue, and 83.15% of them reported a moderate or above level CRF. The degree of anxiety, the family per capita income, WBC concentration, the education level, The upper arm muscle circumference, aerobic activity, bilirubin concentration were potential influential factors of CRF(P<0.05).Conclusion Most lung cancer patients receiving postoperative chemotherapy experienced moderate or above degree of CRF. Measures should be taken to lessen the severity of fatigue.
