颅内肿瘤放疗患者健康教育中失效模式和效应分析的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of failure mode and effect analysis(FMEA)on health education in intracranial tumor patients with cranial radiation therapy.Methods A total of 160 intracranial tumor patients with cranial radiation therapy were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the admission sequence, with 80 cases in each group. Both two groups received routine nursing and health education and the education measures based on FMEA mode were carried out in the observation group. The disease-related knowledge levels and treatment compliance were evaluated and compared between two groups.Results Patients in the observation group had higher awareness of disease-related knowledge compared with those in the control group(P<0.05). the treatment compliance rate was higher in the observation group than that of controls, with a significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion Application of FMEA management method is effective to improve the effect of health education in patients with intracranial tumor radiotherapy. It also improves the patients' treatment compliance.
