循证护理干预对慢性乙型肝炎患者自我效能感的影响

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To explore the influence of evidence-based nursing interventions on self-efficacy of patients with chronic hepatitis B(CHB). Methods 〓Totally 72 CHB patients with hospital admission between April, 2014 and April, 2015 were set as the control group, another 75 CHB patients with hospital admission between May, 2015 and May, 2016 were included as the observation group. The control group was given routine nursing and the observation group was treated with evidence-based nursing during antiviral treatment. General self efficacy scale(GSES)was used to investigate the self efficacy of patients before and after nursing intervention. Results 〓The GSES score was increased in both two group at three weeks after intervention(P<0.01). Patients in the observation group had a higher GSES score at three weeks after intervention and 6 months after discharge compared with those in the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion Evidence-based nursing intervention could effectively promote the self-cognition and self-care ability of CHB patients with CHB.
