直肠癌结肠造口康复期患者自我护理能力状况及影响因素分析

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the self-care ability and its influencing factors in patients with colorectal cancer during convalescence. Methods 〓A total of 80 patients with rectal cancer who underwent colostomy were selected as the study subjects. The self-care ability of the patients was investigated by self-made questionnaire, and the factors influencing the self-care ability of the patients were analyzed. Results 〓The self-care ability score was(112.31±17.62)and the averaged scoring rate was(65.14 ± 2.47)%, indicating a intermediate-level of self-care ability. The gender, occupation, educational level, family income, incidence of complications and self-perceived condition were potential factors influencing the self-care ability(P<0.05). Conclusion The colorectal cancer patients undergoing colostomy have a moderate self-care ability, which is influenced by multiple factors. Targeted nursing measures should be carried out to improve the self-care ability of patients.
