急诊护士病情评估框架理论考核分析

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the knowledge level of disease assessment framework in emergency nurses. Methods  The status of emergency nurses in the framework of disease assessment was evaluated by using Goldendata software. Results  Nurses with working years equals to or over 5 years achieved a higher qualified rate compared with those with working years less than 5 years(97.22% vs. 70.97%, P<0.05). Senior nurses or those with higher-level professional titles achieved higher qualified rate compared with junior nurses(93.62% vs. 65.00%, P<0.05). Conclusion  The evaluation framework training should be provided to those junior nurses, in order to improve systematization, accuracy and comprehensiveness of disease assessment.
