预见性护理在CCU病房基础护理中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To observe the effect of predictive nursing intervention for patients at cardiac intensive care unit(CCU). Methods   A total of 180 patients from CCU between July, 2015 and December, 2015 were selected as the Group A, with routine care during treatment. Another 180 patients from CCU between January, 2016 and June, 2016were recruited as the Group B, receiving routine care and predictive intervention. The oral hygiene, pressure ulcer, and incontinence-associated dermatitis(IAD)were monitored in both two groups. Results   The incidence of IAD was lower in the group B than that in group A(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in incidence of pressure ulcer between two groups(P>0.05). Patients in group B had better oral hygiene condition compared with those in group A(P<0.05). Conclusion  It is effective to carry out predictive intervention to improve the quality of nursing management at CCU.
