工作坊模式在进修生腔镜器械培训中的效果观察
[摘要] Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of workshop practice model in sterilization training of laparoscopic apparatus among postgraduate students. Methods 〓Totally 36 postgraduate students received sterilization training of laparoscopic apparatus by using workshop practice model between May, 2014 to May, 2017. To investigate the postgraduate students’ opinion on training mode was evaluated after the training program. The assessment on comprehensive abilities including theoretical knowledge, practical skills, service attitude and communication ability were conducted before and after training. Results 〓Most of postgraduate(91.67%)students were satisfied with the workshop practice model in sterilization training of laparoscopic apparatus. Postgraduate students achieved a higher score of assessment on theoretical knowledge, practical skills, service attitude and communication ability after training compared with those before training(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓Application of workshop practice model in can improve the comprehensive ability of postgraduate students in sterilization of laparoscopic apparatus.
