强化健康教育在病毒性肝炎患者护理中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of strengthened health education in nursing care of patients with viral hepatitis.Methods A total of 102 patients with viral hepatitis were assigned to the control group and the observation group, with 51 cases in each group. Both two groups received routine nursing care during treatment, and the strengthened health education was carried out in the observation group. The treatment compliance and quality of life were evaluated after intervention.Results The treatment compliance rate was higher in the observation group than that of controls, with a significant difference(P<0.05). Patients in the observation group had a higher score in physical function, emotional function, role function, social function and general well-being compared with those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion In nursing care of patients with viral hepatitis, strengthened health education is potentially effective to improve the treatment compliance and quality of life.
