无创通气治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并重症呼吸衰竭的护理

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the nursing measures in non-invasive ventilation treatment for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)complicated with respiratory failure.Methods A total of 92 COPD patients with respiratory failure were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 46 cases in each group. During non-invasive ventilation treatment, the control group received routing nursing care and the observation group was given high quality nursing intervention. The clinical effect and satisfaction degree were compared between two groups.Results The overall effective rate was 95.65%(44/46)in the observation group and was 86.96%(40/46)in the control group, but with no significant difference(P>0.05). Patients in the observation group had a higher nursing satisfaction rate compared with those in the control group(96.65% vs. 82.61%).Conclusion High quality nursing intervention can potentially improve the ventilation effect and nursing satisfaction of patients with COPD complicated with respiratory failure.
