1例红细胞增多症患者左踝关节骨折切开复位内固定术的护理体会

[摘要] Abstract：To summarize the nursing management of open reduction and internal fixation for left ankle fracture in patients with polycythemia and spleen contusion. The patients received enhanced nursing care and illness status monitoring during operation period. For ankle fracture patients with polycythemia and spleen contusion, it is required to stabilize the disease status before operation, and to enhance the nursing intervention on injured limb and prevention of deep venous thrombosis.
