生长激素缺乏症患儿的延伸护理应用体会

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To summarize the extended nursing measures for children with growth hormone deficiency(GHD).Methods The clinical data of 356 GHD children were retrospectively analyzed and related extended nursing measures was summarized during administration of growth hormone therapy.Results After the adoption of growth hormone treatment, all 356 cases of children reached the target height.Conclusion It is effective to carry out extended care guidance emphasized on medication, injection technique, sleep, diet, exercise, etc., in order to improve the clinical effect of growth hormone therapy.
