行动导向教学法在手术室临床护理带教中的应用
[摘要] Abstract:Objective To evaluate the action-oriented teaching method in clinical nursing teaching for operating room nursing interns. Methods 〓Totally 100 operating room nursing interns were assigned to the control group(n=50)and the observation group(n=50). The conventional teaching method was adopted in the control group while the action-oriented teaching method was carried out in the observation group. The satisfactory degree, outcome of theory and operation test, core competence, self-efficacy of nursing interns were evaluated and compared between two groups. Results 〓Nursing interns in the observation group were more satisfied with teaching methods than those in the control group(P<0.01). Nursing interns of the observation group achieved a higher score of theory and operation test compared with those of controls(P<0.01). Nursing interns of the observation group achieved a higher score in assessment of core competence and self-efficacy compared with those of controls(P<0.01). Conclusion 〓action-oriented teaching, as an effective method, can improve the core competence of operating room nursing interns.
