均衡带教法在手术室新入科护士带教中的应用
[摘要] Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of equilibrium method in teaching of newly-enrolled nurse form operating room.Methods From January, 2012 to June 2014, 20 newly-enrolled nurses were selected as the control group, and the routine teaching method was adopted. From July, 2014 to December 2016, another 20 newly-enrolled nurses were selected as the observation group, with equilibrium teaching method. The result of theoretical test and practical operation was observed. The quality of nursing service provided by newly-enrolled nurses and their satisfaction on teaching methods were evaluated and compared between two groups.Results Newly-enrolled nurses in the observation group achieved a higher score of theoretical test and practical operation compared with those in the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.01). The score of preoperative visit, identifying device, itinerate nurse cooperation, scrub nurse cooperation, postoperative education and general nursing quality was higher in the observation group than that of controls respectively(P<0.05 or P<0.01). The nursing satisfaction rate on teaching method was 100.00%(20/20)in the observation group, which was higher than 75.00%(15/20)in the control groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Equilibrium teaching method is an effective tool in improving the theoretical and practical performance in newly-enrolled nurse form operating room.
