应用六西格玛管理降低院内压疮发生率的实践

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of six sigma management in prevention and control of nosocomial pressure ulcer. Methods 〓To investigate the incidence of pressure ulcer in 12641 cases of observed hospitalized patients between January, 2012 and December, 2012, and to analyze the potential reasons of nosocomial pressure ulcer. Nursing countermeasures were carried out according to the analysis on key points in prevention of pressure ulcer. The incidence of pressure ulcer in 13867 cases of observed hospitalized patients between January, 2013 and March 2014 was observed and compared whit that before implementation of six sigma management. Results 〓The incidence of nosocomial pressure ulcer decreased from 0.158% before six sigma management to 0.057% after six sigma management. Conclusion 〓Six sigma management is an effective tool to optimize the prevention and control of nosocomial pressure ulcer, as well as improving the nursing quality.
