老年股骨粗隆间骨折PFNA内固定手术护理配合

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the nursing cooperative measures in proximal femoral nail antirotation(PFNA)internal fixtion for femoral intertrochanteric fracture in elderly patients.Methods A total of 40 elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture were recruited and received internal fixtion with PFNA. Nursing cooperation measures including preoperative psychological care, skeletal traction and position, prevention of hypothermia and illness monitoring were carried out.Results All 40 cases of operation were successfully accomplished. The surgical incision of 40 patients healed well, and there was no postoperative complication or infection observed.Conclusion Nursing measures including preoperative psychological care, skeletal traction and position, prevention of hypothermia and illness are key point to ensure the success of PFNA internal fixtion for femoral intertrochanteric fracture in elderly patients.
