老年骨质疏松患者恐动症的研究进展

[摘要] Abstract：The main clinical symptom of osteoporosis is pain, and elderly osteoporosis patients may fear of taking exercise and daily activities because of kinesiophobia, leading to the disuse syndrome or loss of capacity. This paper is aimed to review the studies on kinesiophobia and to summarizeits definition and prevalence worldwide and domestically, itsinfluences on elderly osteoporosis patients and related interventions. This paper also aimed to provide predictive nursing measures and information support to improve the rehabilitation of functional exercise and daily activity in elderly osteoporosis patients.
