手术室工友的弹性排班与计分制量化考核管理
[摘要] Abstract:Objective To investigate the application of flexible scheduling and scoring system in appraisal management of workmate in the operation room. Methods 〓This study included 7 workmate from operation room as the research objects. According to the actual conditions, the time-step method was used in flexible scheduling, and the procedure was re-designed. The quantitative examination based on scoring system was adopted for bonus distribution. The transport time of patients and cleaning time of operating room in 200 cases of operation before implementation of procedure and in 200 cases of operations after implementation of procedure were observed. The satisfaction degree of doctors, nurses and workmates were evaluated. Results 〓There was a decrease in transport time of patients and cleaning time of operating room before and after implementation of the procedure(P<0.05). The satisfaction degree of doctors, nurses and workmates were increased after implementation of the re-designed procedure(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓The flexible scheduling based on time-step method can arrange the workload of workmates in the operation room in a more efficient way, and the bonus distribution by using scoring system can improve the work activity of workmates.
