PDCA循环在消毒供应中心口腔器械集中管理中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the PDCA cycle in centralized management of oral apparatus in central sterile supply department. Methods 〓Totally 1 920 cases of oral apparatus washed and sanitized by dental nurses between January, 2015 and December, 2015 were selected as the control group. Another 1 920 cases of oral apparatus centralized managed in central sterile supply department between January, 2016 and December, 2016 were selected as the observation group. The qualified rate in washing and sterilization of oral apparatus were compared between two groups. Results 〓The qualified rate of cleaning, packaging and sterilization were higher than those of the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion 〓Using PDCA cycle in centralized management can effectively improve the cleaning and sterilization quality of oral apparatusin central sterile supply department.
