新生儿三种PICC置管途径的使用分析
[摘要] Abstract:Objective To investigate the application of peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC)via three different vascular access in newborns. Methods A total of 145 newborns with PICC were assigned to the axillary vein group(n=35), superficial temporal vein group(n=68)and basilic vein group(n=42). The one-time success rate of puncture, difficult in catheterization and incidence of catheter dislocation were compared among three groups. The puncturing and indwelling time and catheter-related complication were observed. Results The puncturing time in axillary vein group was shorter than that of superficial temporal vein group and basilic vein group(P<0.05), The incidence of errhysis was lower in the superficial temporal vein group than that of axillary vein group and basilic vein group(P<0.05). Conclusion Nurses should take consideration of vascular access condition, difficult in operation when applying PICC, and to select appropriate vascular access.
