层级护理方案在预防ICU患者感染中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To evaluate the gradation nursing program in prevention of infection in ICU patients.Methods A total of 280 ICU patients were divided into control group and observation group, with 140 cases in each group. The control group received routine ICU nursing intervention, and the observation group was given gradation nursing program. The incidence of infections, length of ICU stay and hospital stay were observed. The satisfaction degree of patients to nursing service was evaluated.Results The incidence of infection was 7.86%(11/140)in the observation group and was 42.1%(59/140)in the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05). Patients in the observation group had a higher nursing satisfaction rate, shorter length of ICU stay and hospital stay compared with those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of gradation nursing program can effectively prevent of infection in ICU and ensure the safety of patients.
