穴位贴敷在甲状腺功能亢进术后镇静中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of acupoint application for sedation of patients with hyperthyroidism after operation.Methods A total of 30 patients with hyperthyroidism were assigned to the control group and observation group, with 15 cases in each group. Both two groups received post operative care and chlorpromazine sedation, and the acupoint application with Chinese herbal medicine was carried out in the observation group. The sedative effect, comfort degree of patients and incidence of thyroid storm were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The sedation satisfaction rate was 93.33%(14/15)in the observation group and was 60.00%(9/15)in the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in comfort degree of patients and incidence of thyroid storm between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Application of acupoint application can enhance the sedative effect for patients with hyperthyroidism after operation.
