喉癌围手术期急性压疮危险因素及预见性护理

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To discuss the risk factor analysis of acute pressure sores in laryngocarcinoma patients during perioperative period and related predictive nursing measures.Methods To retrospectively collected the clinical date of 105 laryngocarcinoma patients. The potential Risk factor of acute pressure sores analyzed by using Waterlow scale, and the predictive nursing measures were carried out.Results None of 105 patients were observed with cute pressure sores during perioperative period.Conclusion It is required to take risk factor analysis based on Waterlow scale and surgical characteristics for laryngocarcinoma, as well as predictive nursing measures, for the purpose of acute pressure sores prevention.
