品管圈活动在提高ICU新进护士抢救技能中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of quality control cycle(QCC)activity on improvement of emergency skill of junior nurses form ICU.Methods The QCC activity were implemented between September 2015 and February 2016. The emergency skill of junior nurses was assessed before(between March 2015 and August 2015)and after implementation of QCC activity, and the implementation outcomes of QCC activity was evaluated and analyzed.Results Nurses achieved a higher score in assessment of emergency skill after QCC activity compared with that before QCC activity, with a significant difference(P<0.01). The assessment passing rate increased from 63.3% before QCC activities to 96.5% after QCC activities, with a goal achievement rate of 106.8% and progress rate of 52.4%. The QCC activities strengthen the QCC skills, team spirit, brain development, communication, confidence and responsibility in all QCC members.Conclusion QCC activity is an effective way of improving emergency skill of junior nurses form ICU.
