健康教育对胃镜检查患者认知及配合程度的影响

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the Influence of health education on the cognitive level and degree of treatment compliance in patients with gastroscopy.Methods A total of 240 patients undergoing gastroscopy were assigned to the control group and the observation group, with 120 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing care and health education, while the observation group was given routine nursing care and systematic health education. The cognitive level, degree of treatment compliance and the satisfaction degree of patients were compared between two groups.Results The proportion of patients with higher level of cognition treatment and satisfaction was 90.83%(109/200)、91.60%(110/120)and 90.83%(109/120)in the observation group, and was 74.17%(89/120)、75.00%(90/120)and 79.17%(95/120)in the control group, with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion It is required to strengthen the health education of patients with gastroscopy, which is helpful to improve the cognition degree of gastroscopy and treatment compliance.
