老年子宫脱垂治疗与护理

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To discuss the treatment and nursing measures of elderly patients with uterine prolapsed.Methods To retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 15 elderly patients with uterine prolapsed. The nursing care plan was made according to the mental characteristic of patients and therapeutic approaches. The nursing measures mainly included mental care, perioperative care, postoperative monitoring, complication prevention and health education.Results All patients were cured after treatment. The nursing satisfaction rate to nursing professional attitude, nursing skills and nursing environment were 93.3 %(14/15), 86.7%(13/15)and 80.0%(12/15), respectively.Conclusion It is required to carry out psychological care, preoperative preparation and postoperative nursing measures for elderly patients with uterine prolapsed.
