积极心理干预对突发性耳聋患者应激障碍及心理成长的影响

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To study the effects of positive psychology interventions on stress disorder and psychological growth of patients with sudden deafness. Methods 〓Totally 60 patients with sudden deafness were randomly divided into two groups, with 30 cases in each group. Patients in both two groups received hyperbaric oxygen therapy and routine care, and patients in the observation group were given positive psychology interventions additionally. The treatment efficacy on sudden deafness was evaluated, and patients were investigated by using Post traumatic Urowth Inventory(PTUI)and Posttraumatic Stress Disorder Checklist-Civilian Version(PCL-C). Results 〓The total effective rate was 90.00% in the observation group and 73.33% in the control group(P<0.05). Patients in the observation group had a higher PCL-C score and lower PTUI score compared with those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓Positive psychology intervention can promote the psychological growth and relieve the stress disorder of patients after suffering sudden deafness.
