整体护理干预在白内障囊外摘除联合前房灌注法植入人工晶体术中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of integrated nursing for patients undergoing extracapsular cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation.Methods A total of 80 cataract patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing care during operation, while the observation group was applied with integrated nursing interventions. The corrected vision of patients was evaluated at 3 months after operation, and the postoperative complications and satisfaction degree of patients were compared between two groups.Results The proportion of patients with corrected vision over 4.8 was 75%(30/40)in the observation group and was 62.5%(25/40)in the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05). There were 4 cases of postoperative complications observed in the control group. The nursing satisfaction rate was 90.0%(36/40)in the observation group and was 75.0%(30/40)in the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of integrated nursing intervention can improve the vision recovery and satisfaction of patients after cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation.
