中药坐浴结合提肛运动缓解痔疮术后患者排便困难的效果观察

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of sitz-bath with Chinese herb and levator ani exercise on difficulty defecation of patients after hemorrhoidectomy. Methods 〓A total of 120 mixed hemorrhoid patients with difficulty defecation after hemorrhoidectomy were divided into the observation group and the control group, with 60 cases in each group. Both two groups received routing care, and the sitz-bath with Chinese herb and levator ani exercise were carried out in the observation group. Results 〓The overall effective rate of intervention was 95.0%(57/60)in the observation group and was 81.7%(49/60)in the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓Application of sitz-bath with Chinese herb and levator ani exercise can relieve the difficulty defecation of patients after hemorrhoidectomy.
