积极心理干预在精神分裂症患者中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of positive psychological intervention for patients with schizophrenia.Methods A total of 100 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into the study group and the control group, with 50 cases in each group. Both two groups received routine care, and the study group was given positive psychological interventions. The patients were investigated by positive and negative syndrome scale(PANSS), brief psychiatric rating scale(BPRS). The length of stay, recurrence rate and incidence of risk behavior within one years were compared between two groups.Results The score of PANSS and BPRS were decreased in both two groups after intervention, and were lower in the study group than those of controls(P<0.05). the length of stay was(85.6±12.3)days in the study group and was(130.5±15.6)days in the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05). After one year follow-up, the recurrence rate and incidence of risk behavior in the study group was lower than those of controls(P<0.05).Conclusion Positive psychological intervention shows efficacy in promoting the rehabilitation and preventing the disease recurrence and risk behavior in patients with schizophrenia.
