品管圈活动对降低脑卒中吞咽障碍患者误吸发生率的效果
[摘要] Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of quality control circle(QCC)activity on reducing the incidence of aspiration in patients with dysphagia after stroke. Methods To set up quality control circle and to set the goal and detailed plan after determining the theme. The incidence of aspiration before implementation of QCC activity(between January, 2015 and October, 2015, n=100)and after(between January, 2016 and October, 2016, n=120)was observed. The standard of safe feeding management and the comprehensive quality ability of circle members were evaluated. Results The incidence of aspiration decreased from 17.00%(17/100)before implementation of QCC activity to 4.17%(5/120)after activity. The safety compliance rate of feeding management indicators were higher before QCC activity than that after QCC activity(P<0.05). members of QCC group achieved a higher score in comprehensive ability assessment after QCC activity(P<0.05). Conclusion Quality control circle activities may regulate the indexes of safe feeding management, improve the safety feeding management of patients, and effectively reduce the risk of aspiration in patients with stroke induced swallowing dysfunction.
