PDCA循环法在纠正护理电子病历缺陷中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of PDCA cycle on correcting the defects of nursing electronic medical record. Methods 〓To investigate and analyze he defects of nursing electronic medical records. The countermeasures were carried out and evaluated for further improvement. Results 〓There was a decrease in defect rate of nursing electronic medical records after implementation of PDCA cycle, especially in temperature chart, physician’s order sheet, general nursing record and nursing record for critical ill patients. Conclusion 〓The application of PDCA cycle can improve the writing quality of nursing records.
